ANNUAL FIVE STAR MEMBERSHIPS:  

It provides full time playing privileges seven days a week including cart fee for the primary membership holder and included Spouse.  Included children may only ride with member adults.

Larkhaven Golf Club does reserve the right to close the golf course at any time for any reason.

All persons on a family package must reside in the same household.

Larkhaven Golf Club reserves the right to terminate all privileges (at the member’s expense) of any member for abusing the golf course or for any unacceptable behavior.

In case of job relocation or serious illness, members may, by written request, receive a prorated refund less one month, if notified by June 1 of the membership year.  Larkhaven reserves the right to request proof of relocation or illness.
